It was a fantastic night at the McCaskies Food and Wine evening last week. The food was heavenly, the talks were very interesting and the wine from the Skillaogalee Vineyard in South Australia was spot on.

As always Nigel was on hand as MC taking us through the various food courses whilst Dave Palmer explained each of the wines in detail and why they complemented the dishes chosen by Fabrizio our Head Chef.

Over 50 Food and Wine lovers were enjoying the night with many ooohs and aaahs with each taste on offer.

The menu for the night was delightful and the perfect complementary wines were chosen.

Helen and her waiting staff team were busy from the first person walking through the door till locking doors after midnight.

The McCaskie Food and Wine Club has been running for 10 years and has a growing membership. It’s a club where people appreciate the finer foods and wines in life and get together to share the passion.
