Our stewing and braising selection brings you a choice of different cuts where long and slow cooking is the only way to go. With our diced Stew from the shoulder or braising steak from the rump simply braise or casserole for a delicious meal. For something different why not try our ox tail or beef cheek! These cuts are now extremely popular and with a little patience you will be rewarded with an incredibly tender soft texture and unrivalled meaty flavour.

Our beef olives are definitely a must try! Simply braise in a little liquid with some onions in the oven for around an hour. One of the best sellers. If you haven’t had a beef olive before its consists of our special beef sausage meat with sage and onion rolled into our lean thinly cut beef ham.
