Our specially selected range of roasting cuts offers something for all tastes and budgets. From a beautiful slow-cooked lamb shoulder to an easy to roast rack of lamb, all our lamb is careful selected from native lamb breeds renowned for their great flavour.
Lamb flavour does vary throughout the year from being sweet and lighter in taste in the summer months to being stronger in flavour in the winter months as the lambs mature.
