Nigel has spent 20 years developing his haggis and black pudding and is now slowly allowing others to take over the mantel as a proud maker of our champion haggis and black puddings.

What can we say our black pudding ? Scottish Champion 2002, 2005 2022/23 & held our title in 2024/25. No other black oudding has achieved this! So we think it must pretty good. Lovely firm, yet soft texture that melts in the mouth with a nice kick of spice and leaves no fatty after taste.
