Curing bacon became a passion for Nigel soon after joining the family business in 1999, and it shows.
Using only specially selected Scottish pork,Nigel's commitment to quality has earned McCaskie's Great Taste awards for both smoked and unsmoked bacon. In 2019, our back bacon was named Best Scotch Product at the Scotland Food & Drink Awards.
All McCaskie's smoked bacon is smoked in our own smokehouse over oak and beechwood for a distinctive colour and taste.
