A west cost favourite and an essential ingredient in any true Scottish breakfast. Fantastic in a nice fresh morning roll. Our slice is so different from so many, its not a pasty soft slice of pink meat. McCaskie's is dense and meaty made with the finest cuts of 100% Scotch beef with our own special seasoning with a good kick of spice.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of purchase.
Defrost thoroughly before use, under refrigerated conditions.
Remove all packaging.
Grill/Fry/BBQ over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side, turning occasionally OR place on a baking tray and bake in pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180C/GM 4
