Specially selected from the head of our finest extra matured Aberdeen Angus fillet of beef.
This is the ultimate steak feast for 2 and a steak lovers delight.
The fillet head while trimmed may contain a little fat or gristle.
Typical weight 450-500g each.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.
Frozen shelf life – 3 months.
Fresh Shelf Life – same or next day.
Vacuum Pack Shelf – as per label.
When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
Sear in the Pan and season well with sea salt and black pepper. Then once browned place on a roasting pan and roast at 200C for 20 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes covered with foil.
