Delicious minced lamb generously seasoned with Arabic herbs and spices resulting in authentic and full flavoured lamb koftas. Simply grill, BBQ or oven bake and serve in a flat bread or pitta with cous cous or rice with a big dollop of garlic mayonnaise or hommous. Suitable for freezing.

Grill/Fry/BBQ or oven Bake. 12-15 minutes over a medium heat turning occasionally. Delicious served in wrap or pitta bread.Add salad or onions & peppers with some mayo- Delicious!
