Our pork is 100% Specially Selected Scottish Pork, fully SSPCA approved to guarantee the highest animal welfare standards. The majority of our pork is from farmer Tom Wilkinson, Stobbs farm, Hawick.
We mature all our pork for atleast for 7 days to enhance tenderness and bring out its full flavour. The result is pork that's perfect for everyday cooking, from slow-roasted joints to speedy midweek stir-fries.
