After over two decades finessing his recipes, Nigel has proudly passed the baton to the next generation of McCaskie makers – but the care, craft and flavour remain the same.

Our haggis, black pudding and fruit pudding are all made in our purpose-built Food Standards Scotland Approved production facility behind the original Wemyss Bay shop, using time-hounoured methods and top-quality ingredients.
