Our own homecured Dry Cure Bacon from 100% Scottish Pork smoked over Oak & Beech
Description
Award winning bacon cured by hand using the very finest specially selected Scottish pork. Smoked slowly in our smokehouse behind the shop. No water is added to our bacon, resulting in a full flavoured, meaty bacon with minimal shrinkage during cooking.
Keep refrigerated between 0-3C. Once open, use within 3 date and by the use by date. Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
To Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill on a medium/high heat and grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally. To Shallow Fry: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat a non-stick pan or use a little oil, shallow fry and once heated, cook the bacon for 3- 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
