Nigel has spent 20 years developing his haggis and puddings and is now slowly allowing others to take over the mantel as a proud maker of our champion haggis and puddings.
All our puddings are made in our state of the art production facility we built in 2016 directly behind our original shop. In 2002 and 2005 we won Scottish Champion for Black Pudding and in 2015/16 Scottish Haggis Champion – a special moment in Nigel’s career.
