When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

Grill/Fry/BBQ or fry & oven combination.
Seal in a hot pan with a little oil with plenty of sea salt. Transfer to a hot oven(200/GM5) for 2/3 minutes per 100g. Allow to rest.
