Our main supplier is Ian Dickson, Scalpsie Bay Farm, Isle of Bute who produces the finest Organic Lamb exclusievly for McCaskie's.
Aged for a minimum of 7 days, every cut is tender and full of character – just as good for a midweek meal as it is for Sunday roast or special celebration.
