Our Lamb is exclusively Scotch, specially selected from trusted Scottish farms for quality, consistency and flavour.

Our main supplier is Ian Dickson, Scalpsie Bay Farm, Isle of Bute who produces the finest Organic Lamb exclusievly for McCaskie's.

Aged for a minimum of 7 days, every cut is tender and full of character – just as good for a midweek meal as it is for Sunday roast or special celebration.
