This makes the raised the shoulder ideal for slow roasted lamb dishes such as pulled lamb .

Great for big feasts of slow cooked or pulled lamb, this half / full shoulder with only the rib
and neck bones removed is ideal for slow cooking. After 3-4 hours the tender and tasty sweet meat will simply fall of the shank and blade bone.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
To roast pre-heat oven to 150°C/Gas mark 3-4.
Cook in a pre-heated oven for 60 minutes per 500g, plus an extra 30 minutes.
After the roast comes out of the oven, cover it with foil and allow to rest for at least 10-15 minutes before carving.
