Our version of the traditional steak pie is made with chunks of 100% Scotch Aberdeen Angus beef shoulder which has been cooked slowly in our secret gravy seasoning with added lambs kidneys for a very different taste. Our stew is tender and moist with a rich silky gravy topped with light and crisp puff pastry.

Cooking Tips
Bake in preheated oven at 180C/GM4 for 60-70 minutes. Cover with foil for the first 40 minutes.
