Curing bacon became a passion for Nigel not long after he joined the family business 22 years ago.

His passion for curing the best bacon only using Specially Selected Scotch pork has seen the business win great taste awards for his unsmoked and smoked bacons and in 2019 the unsmoked back bacon scooped the Scotland food and Drink award for ‘Best Scotch Product’.
