Description
Our 100% Scottish pork loin steaks have a small layer of lovely white fat to ensure juicy steaks. Unlike so many other retailers we carefully mature our pork loins for up to 2 weeks to ensure they cook quickly, are tender and moist.
Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Our pork steaks are equally delicious fried or done in the oven. To fry: bring sirloins to room temperature and season to taste. Preheat your frying pan/griddle and add a little cooking oil. Cook sirloins over a medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes each side. Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
