Our 100% Scottish pork loin steaks have a small layer of lovely white fat to ensure juicy steaks. Unlike so many other retailers we carefully mature our pork loins for up to 2 weeks to ensure they cook quickly, are tender and moist.

Vacuum Pack Shelf – as per label.
When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
