Spring is here and so are our roasts

With Easter over for another year we are looking forward to what spring has to offer.

Our cafe is open as usual and we have free-range Copas Turkey and Scottish Lamb roasts on our new menu (launching soon). Also, our Butcher’s Steak Nights are coming and we’ll publish the dates soon.

Every night I walk round and check everything is looking good and I must praise my staff for keeping the highest standards. Check out the photos of my chills- looking sharp. You will notice gorgeous roasts hanging – they look so fresh but have actually been hanging for three weeks and are ready now!
