Our lamb is fully matured for 10 days and is 100% Scotch.

Whole Legs of Lamb with bone in are always a favourite.

Some stand out cuts this Easter include Boneless Leg of lamb.

Our Carvery Lamb Legs look like a full leg of lamb but with carefully butchery we remove the centre bone giving both ease of carving and traditional looks.

Racks of Lamb are so easy to cook, easy to carve and taste amazing! What’s not to like?

Let’s not forget the Shoulder of Lamb. Carefully boned and rolled with all the excess fat from inside removed the rolled shoulder has without doubt the best flavour probably of all the lamb cuts.
