Lamb gigot chops are tradition at its best. The leg cut at a slight angle ensuring a large lamb
steak with the centre bone. These are great done in the oven ensuring maximum flavour from the bone and also helping it keep its shape. Great braised for a short time resulting in a great tasting lamb dish.
