Cooking Tips
To roast pre-heat oven to 180°C/Gas mark 4-5. Medium: 20-25 minutes per 450g plus 20 minutes. Well done: 30-35 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes. After the roast comes out of the oven, cover it with foil and allow to rest for at least 10-15 minutes. This allows the meat to relax, making it more succulent and easier to carve.
