Our Legs of Lamb are really something special. With the bone in the middle cooking is made easier and quicker plus the extra flavour.

Not quite as easy to carve as the boneless equivalent but if your carving at the table presentation and wow factor more than makes up for this.
The shank is French trimmed and on the full leg the chump bone removed.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
To roast pre-heat oven to 180°C/Gas mark 4-5.
For
Medium: 30 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes.
Well done: 35 minutes per 450g plus 30 minutes.
After the roast comes out of the oven, cover it with foil and allow to rest for at least 10-15 minutes. This allows the meat to relax, making it more succulent and easier to carve.
