This has won best lamb product and is really lovely. With a breadcrumb coating this forms a crunchy tasty jacket protecting the lovely sweet loin of lamb.
Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Simply allow to come to room temperature and place on a baking and place into a preheated oven at 160-180/GM3-4 uncovered for 25 minutes. if you desire you lamb a little less pink (cover with foil and roast for a further 5-10 minutes).
