This fantastic rack full of flavour with a crunchy coating of panko breadrumbs seasoned with
herbs and garlic. Based the award winning lamb lollipops this is an easy to carve rack of
lamb with sensational flavours of the sweet loin contrasting against the kick of garlic with a
punch of herbs. With all the back fat removed it’s the job of the crunchy coating to protect
the sweet meat beneath.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
Simply allow to come to room temperature and place on a baking and place into a
preheated oven at 160-180/GM3-4 uncovered for 25 minutes. if you desire you lamb a little
less pink (cover with foil and roast for a further 5-10 minutes).
