If joint is in oven roasting bag(clearly marked oven cooking bag). Leave in bag.Place in pre-heated oven at 180C/GM4 for 1hour45minutes. Carefully remove from roasting bag. allow to stand for 5-10minutes covered in foil.
Carve from end to the other.
