The finest double breast joint of British Chicken filled with our finest pork sage and onion sausage stuffing and carefully wrapped in bacon.
This comes in an oven roasting bag and simply place product in oven and roast.
Place Stuffed breast joint in cooking bag on an oven tray and place into oven for 1hour and 15minutes at 180C/GM 4. Carefully remove from cooking bag and cover with foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
