We now sell our chickens in convenient self basting oven roasting bags. Simply place on an oven dish and roast according to the label.
Keep Chicken in oven bag and place on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 180C/GM4 for Small: 60-75 minutes,
Medium: 75 -90 minutes,
Large: 100-120 minutes.
Ensure the juices run clear.
