Tender and extra lean slices of delicious braising steaks, from selected cuts of the rump. This is a quicker to cook and slightly leaner (less fat) than the equivelant cuts from the shoulder. Grest for goulash and all braising dishes required 1.5 -2 hrs cooking. Typically less than 5% fat.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
