Slice sausage is mainly made with beef. This is our version made with pork. Its really meaty with a good kick of pepper and spice. Its a nice change as its very different to the beef slice in both taste and texture.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove all packaging. Grill/Fry/BBQ over a medium heat for 4 -5 minutes each side, turning occasionally.
