When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

Remove all packaging. Grill/Fry/BBQ for 4-5 minutes each side on a medium heat. Times may vary - so please ensure product is thorough cooked prior to consumption.
