Description
Our traditional pork sausage mixed with peppers, mustard and caraway seed. These natural flavours adds a little heat to our best selling speciality sausage. It is great as a simple sausage served the traditional way but is also excellent in a casserole or even in a steak pie!

Cooking Tips
Remove all packaging. Grill/Fry/BBQ over a medium heat for 4 minutes each side turning occasionally OR for a healthier option place on baking tray and bake in a pre heated oven for 12-15 minutes at 180C/GM4. Times may vary.
