Description
This is a meaty pork burger made with 100% Scotch Pork,our special seasoning and delicious apple pieces. Fantastic in the oven, grilled or on the BBQ. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of receiving product. Frozen shelf life – 3 months. Fresh Shelf Life – same or next day. Vacuum Pack Shelf – as per label. When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging. Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
Cooking Tips
Remove all packaging. Grill/Fry/BBQ for 4-5 minutes each side on a medium heat OR place on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes at 180C/GM4.
