For those who find pork needs a bit of extra flavour these make a great choice. Our carefully selected and matured pork sirloins are coated in a special honey & mustard and are quick, lean and delicious.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.
Frozen shelf life – 3 months.
Fresh Shelf Life – same or next day.
Vacuum Pack Shelf – as per label.
When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
Pan fry on a high heat for 4 minutes each side. Alternatively, wrap in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180C/GM4 for 20-25 minutes.
Tip: Delicious cooked then served cold in a sandwich.
