The brisket lies at the bottom of the shoulder. Our butchers fully trim it and is available flat or rolled.
As it comes from the front of the animal its does a lot of work and does require long slow cooking.
Why not try our brisket with a sticky brisket sauce in the slow cooked and do pulled beef.
Brisket is an excellent choice for smoking or for the BBQ. If smoking its best to brine in a 5% brine for 24-48 hours.
