There is not much to beat a lovely pork chop on the bone from the loin of the finest Scotch pork. Our pork tomahawks have an extra long bone that is quite eye catching.
For these special chops we have added a delicious jerk marinade. It really lifts the pork and has been a big seller this summer in the shop.
Aged for minimum of 7 days our pork chops have a great flavour and are very tender.
Great fried or grilled, they're also delicious and easy to cook wrapped in foil and baked for 20 minutes.

Lovely, tender with delicious flavours and there is something nice about cutting or biting from bone. The bone does add flavour, holds the shape and helps the cooking.
Suitable for freezing.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

To fry: allow the chop to come to room temperature. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking - we recommend 4-5 minutes each side. Allow to rest for 1 minute before serving.
Specially Selected Scottish Pork 91%. Marinade: vegetable oils 70% (rapeseed, sunflower), vegetables (spring onion, garlic, bell peppers), spices (allspice, chillies, jalapeño pepper, smoked paprika, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon), salt, cane sugar, natural flavourings, paprika concentrate, orange peel, 0.3% herbs (thyme).
