Lamb valentines cut from the loin and butterflied to form delightful heart shaped steaks with delicious crispy fat on either side helping to keep the loin centre succulent and moist. Lamb valentines are luxury. They look fantastic, are very quick to cook with incredible flavour.
Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Grill/Fry for 3-4 minutes each side. bush with a little oil and season well. or Brush with oil/season and bake uncovered for 12-15minutes at 180C/GM4.
