Take one fully trimmed loin chop, brush with a light batter and dress in panko breadcrumb base with the addition of garlic and herbs, sealed in hot oil to crisp the crumb. Voila – our lollipop! Great for canapes and great for easy starter. Best to use fingers! Suitable for freezing.
Cooking Tips
Simply pop in a pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes at 180C/GM4 and indulge in the best and tastiest lamb. Great for starter or canopy/party food.
