Diced shoulder naturally has a little more fat than diced leg. However, if you want especially tender and flavoursome slow cooked lamb dishes this cut is for you. Whether it's casserole, curry or tagine allow a couple of hours cooking time and diced shoulder is difficult to beat. New season diced shoulder is naturally tender and is also great on the BBQ as chucks/piece or on kebabs.
