Greek, wonderful full Mediterranean herb flavours with a gentle flavour kick of natural sea salt give a delicious twist on the traditional rack of lamb.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

Pre-heat a nonstick frying pan and fry the lamb on all sides to seal the meat over a high heat. Then transfer to a roasting tin and cook in a pre-heated oven for 15-17 minutes (for medium) or 20-22 minutes (for well done) at 190C/GM5.
