Our Spatchcock chickens are carefully prepared and basted with our Jamaican Jerk marinade and then presented in our oven roasting bags.
Simply roast in the oven for 45 minutes. Can be finished on the BBQ.

Our master butchers remove the backbone from the chickens creating a spatchcock chicken which allows for it to be cooked quickly and more evenly. We coat it in a tasty Jamaican jerk marinade and place in an oven ready roasting bag for a easy, quick cooking meal.
Place Chicken in cooking bag in the oven at 160C/GM3-4 for 1hour.
Carefully remove from cooking bag.
If doing on the BBQ allow 10 mins less in the oven and finish on the BBQ brush with marinade.
