Cooking Tips
To fry/roast: Preheat the oven to 200C/GM6. Add a little cooking oil to a frying pan and sear chicken on all sides for 2-3 minutes over a high heat. Then transfer the sumpreme to a roasting tin and cook uncovered in the oven for 20 minutes. Ensure the juices run clear.
