This burger is a rich meaty burger made with our Aberdeen Angus brisket, short rib and chuck steak with lovely natural marbling.Made with Nigels special burger seasoning which has organic sea salt, black pepper, a little onion and some nutmeg for a rich flavour.

Made with specially selected cuts of our 100% Scotch Aberdeen Angus beef. Using only chuck, brisket and short rib coursely minced and mixed with our special seasoning blend.
