Description
Deep plummy red colour. The small percentage of white grape viognier brings perfume and softness to the Shiraz and helps “fix” the wines deep colour. The nose shows creamy dark fruit with hints of spice. The palate is richly fruited, smooth and elegant with a characteristic white pepper finish -really excellent.

This classic Sicilian Red made with The Frappato and Nero d'Avola grapes produces a wine with bright intense red fruit on the nose displaying loads of red berries. The Palate is warm and full-bodied with harmonious acidity and smooth and elegant tannins.
