Peppery, with an intriguing balance of dried spices, stone fruits, fresh nectarines, chocolate truffles, and Seville orange marmalade.
PALATE:
Relaxes softly to reveal long lasting butterscotch, marzipan, mangoes, and a hint of vanilla essence
FINISH:
Rich sherry pervades- raisins & spice.

This wine has an attractive shiny light ruby colour. It is both refined and very frank on the palate. It opens to aromas of red fruits. Its silky tannins support the balance of the wine. This classic burgundy serves well as an aperitif for fresh and savoury tapas. Its so good it would work well also with roast lamb, Fillet of beef and Turkey.
