This wonderful Chardonnay comes from vines that are planted at the bottom of the slopes of the famous 'Clos de la Fortune." This Burgundian Chardonnay benefits from the atypical terroir of Bouzeron.
The Grapes receive slow and gentle pressing and then fermentation is 350L barrels and in stainless steel vats for 10 months and then in 5 months of aging in stainless steel vats before bottling.
