There is not much to beat a lovely pork chop on the bone from the loin of the finest Scotch Pork.Our pork tomahawks have an extra long bone that is quite eye catching.
Aged for minimum of 7 days our pork chops have a great flavour and very tender.
Great fried or grilled also delicious and easy wrapped in foil and baked for 20 minutes.

Lovely, tender with delicious flavours and there is something nice about cutting or biting from bone. The bone does add flavour, holds the shape and helps the cooking.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

To fry - allow the chop to come up to room temperature. Heat oil in a frying pan, over a high heat. Cook the chops to your liking, we recommend 4-5 minutes each side. Then allowing it to rest for 1 minute before serving.
