At McCaskie’s we now offer as our standard offering 100% Scotch Aberdeen Angus beef. We will when available offer guest native breeds from selected producers that have been reared and finished on a sustainable rich grass based diet. We carefully mature all our beef on the bone(the traditional way)under the best conditions to properly age the beef to ensure the best flavour and tenderness possible.
All our beef is then boned and prepared by hand to the highest standard and all steaks are cut and trimmed by hand by our team of expert butchers under the watchful eye of master butcher and owner Nigel Ovens.
