Our Cote De Boeuf's are from our signature Aberdeen Angus beef and are carefully dry aged for a minimum of 30days. This ensures the maximum flavour and tenderness.
Suitable for freezing.
Freeze on day of receiving product.
Frozen shelf life – 3 months.
Fresh Shelf Life – same or next day.
Vacuum Pack Shelf Life – as per label.
When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.
Please wash hands after handling raw meat.
Grill/Fry/BBQ or fry & oven combination.
Seal in a hot pan with a little oil with plenty of sea salt. Transfer to a hot oven(200/GM5) for 2/3 minutes per 100g. Allow to rest.
