These ham loins are so easy to cook in our ready to oven roasting bags.
They are very easy to carve and have the most wonderful delicate ham flavour with a good balance of salty and sweet.
Now no need to soak and boil for a delicious ham .
They are available unglazed as an option.

Our ham loins are gold award winning and are so easy to prepare. Pre-glazed with honey & mustard and are sold in our oven ready roasting bags. Simply bake according to instructions, easy to carve and delicious hot or cold. Also available with out glazed.
Cook in oven ready roasting bag. Preheat oven to 180C/GM4. Place loin in an oven roasting tray and cook for 20 minutes + 40 minutes per Kg. Remove from oven and rest for 10-15 minutes prior to carving.
