Our finest lambs liver is from our 100% Scotch Lambs. We hand slice our liver into very this slices with minimum skin.
Dust in flour and fry gently for a couple of minutes each slice . Rich and full flavoured.

When defrosting, allow 24 hours under refrigerated conditions. We recommend defrosting in original packaging.

Dust with seasoned flour and shake off excess. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry gently for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with fried onions and McCaskie's award winning bacon.
